Nugent Contracting & Design was founded in 2008. Chad has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. As a Red Seal certified carpenter and Licensed Residential Builder, he has a wide range of expertise for bringing a client’s vision to life. His knowledge of up to date Building Science and insight into the process of building, allows him to guide his clients through their project with honesty and reliability.

His passion for adventure sports has led him to building projects in many unique and remote locations where he has delivered successful projects under challenging conditions.
